Chocolate Banana Nut Crepes
Ingredients
Perfect Crepes (see recipe below)
Bananas, sliced
Godiva Chocolate Mousse (see recipe below)
Toasted walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts
Whipped cream
Bittersweet chocolate, shaved
Method
1.Using one crepe, arrange sliced banana down the center.
2.Top banana slices with a carefully dispensed row of mousse.
3.Top mousse with chopped toasted walnuts, almonds or hazelnuts.
4.Roll crepes cigar fashion. To serve, arrange two per plate
& top with a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with toasted
nuts & shaved bittersweet chocolate.

Ingredients
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/3 cup water
1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1⁄4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter
Method
1. Mix all ingredients in order in a blender for 5 seconds.
2. Scrape down and repeat if necessary to create a smooth
batter.
3. Remove to a bowl and rest 2-24 hours.
4. Preheat a crepe pan over med-high heat. Brush with butter.
5. Coat pan with 1⁄4 cup batter, swirling pan to coat
it evenly. Cook on one side until edges become dry and bubbles
appear. A light brown net-like pattern should appear on the
crepe when turned. If coloration is not present the pan is
not hot enough.
6. Turn and finish by cooking 1 more minute on flip side.
7. Repeat with all the batter, stacking finished crepes between
layers of parchment.
8. Crepes may be frozen for later use. Freeze for up to 1
month.

Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
1 pint heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoon powdered sugar
3 tablespoon Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
Method
1.Combine all ingredients in a cream charger. Tighten the
top and shake vigorously.
2.Tighten a nitrous oxide charge into the charger and shake.
3. Invert the charger and carefully dispense mousse.
