Iced Toddy Vanilla Cappuccino
Ingredients
2 cups toddy concentrate
6 cups whole milk
3/4 cup sugar or sweetener (or to taste)
1/2 cup vanilla
ice

Method:
12-24 hours in advance brew your toddy coffee concentrate. Combine first 4 ingredients in a pitcher, check sweetness & chill for a few hours. Fill glasses with ice, and pour 1 cup of the mixture into
each glass.

Serves 8

Variations:
If you’re feeling indulgent, top with whipped cream & dark chocolate shavings. For tasty caffeinated cocktails - add a shot of brandy, Kahlua, Frangelico, or Godiva liqueur to each glass.
